Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage suppliers’ technical development and product quality for Mechanical parts supporting L10 and L11 factories.
  • •Act as the primary interface for supplier-related quality escapes and non-conformances, driving issues to closure.
  • •Work with commodity supplier quality engineers and Dell factory teams to resolve issues.
  • •Collaborate with Dell engineering teams to root cause quality issues.
  • •Coordinate sort, rework, and return activities and partner with Procurement on supplier performance and risk mitigation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, with 3–5 years of experience in Supplier Quality Engineering or a similar quality role.
  • •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to convey technical quality issues to internal teams and external suppliers.
  • •Proven ability to manage multiple suppliers simultaneously across various commodity categories.
  • •Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced production environments while meeting tight deadlines.
  • •Proactive self-starter focused on identifying, mitigating, and preventing quality risks before they impact production.
