Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and evolve the k6-based PSR Framework, including test architecture, authentication strategies, scenario builders, and reporting.
  • •Design and execute large-scale performance tests (load, soak, stress, spike) against distributed microservice architectures.
  • •Build agentic AI workflows to automate test generation, execution, and intelligent result analysis using LLM-powered agents.
  • •Integrate and maintain automated performance pipelines in Azure DevOps with quality gates and stage-based reporting.
  • •Provide technical consultancy and mentorship to the offshore PSR team and internal development teams.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience in software development in test.
  • •Strong TypeScript/JavaScript proficiency with hands-on k6 experience (2+ years) including executors, VU lifecycle, and custom metrics.
  • •Proven experience testing large-scale distributed architecture with 1000+ concurrent virtual users.
  • •Experience building and operationalizing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or equivalent.
  • •Solid understanding of REST, HTTP/2, and gRPC API testing patterns under load.
