Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute end-to-end supply chain activities to support operational efficiency, including procurement, logistics coordination, and warehouse operations.
  • •Conduct procurement activities such as sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials and services while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • •Coordinate with suppliers and logistics providers to ensure timely deliveries, cost competitiveness, and quality standards.
  • •Prepare and maintain documentation for shipping, receiving, and customs requirements; monitor delivery schedules and shipment status.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain / Logistics Management or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, shipping, receiving, or logistics, preferably in the Aerospace MRO industry.
  • •Strong knowledge of procurement, shipping and receiving processes, inventory management, and quality inspection procedures.
  • •Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • •Knowledge of Aerospace industry standards and regulations.
