•Lead implementation managers to deliver strong customer experiences and get customers live efficiently with scalable integrations.
•Serve as an escalation layer and sparring partner for complex projects and technical challenges.
•Create an inspiring, collaborative team environment with open communication and feedback culture.
•Scale the team while preserving Adyen’s culture and act as an ambassador of change for new initiatives.
•Drive continuous improvement and cross-functional initiatives to develop the global IM organization and advance OKRs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 165,000 - 225,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Experience building and managing a team of implementation managers, technical consultants, or solution engineers (at least 2 years), including coaching, goal-setting, and training.
•Experience delivering integration projects within a large global organization in professional services, finance, retail, or general technology.
•Proven track record driving global process change by setting up tools and procedures to improve operational success.
•Ability to work effectively in a global organization and build relationships across teams with international time constraints.
•Clear understanding of the components and dependencies needed for clients to be successful across different regions.
