  • •Lead implementation managers to deliver strong customer experiences and get customers live efficiently with scalable integrations.
  • •Serve as an escalation layer and sparring partner for complex projects and technical challenges.
  • •Create an inspiring, collaborative team environment with open communication and feedback culture.
  • •Scale the team while preserving Adyen’s culture and act as an ambassador of change for new initiatives.
  • •Drive continuous improvement and cross-functional initiatives to develop the global IM organization and advance OKRs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 165,000 - 225,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Experience building and managing a team of implementation managers, technical consultants, or solution engineers (at least 2 years), including coaching, goal-setting, and training.
  • •Experience delivering integration projects within a large global organization in professional services, finance, retail, or general technology.
  • •Proven track record driving global process change by setting up tools and procedures to improve operational success.
  • •Ability to work effectively in a global organization and build relationships across teams with international time constraints.
  • •Clear understanding of the components and dependencies needed for clients to be successful across different regions.
