Lead store operations to achieve company objectives by ensuring exceptional customer service and enabling the retail team to maximize sales. Implement brand and company operating procedures, manage daily sales targets, and apply creative techniques to meet or exceed goals. Drive repeat business by promoting the Loyalty Program, maintain visual merchandising standards, oversee stockroom/stock loss controls, and provide feedback to Area and Operations Managers on employees and products.
