Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare feasibility studies, outline design, detailed design and construction support
  • •Lead a Mechanical Engineering Team preparing designs of the Mechanical Elements for Water Treatment Plants, Wastewater Treatment Plants and Infrastructure projects
  • •Develop Scopes, Proposals, Estimates and Programmes for Mechanical engineering projects
  • •Manage and deliver the Mechanical Engineering elements of Multi-disciplinary Water Projects including Treatment plants
  • •Mentor and support junior engineers and provide training and development

Key Requirements

  • •A degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering
  • •Be a Chartered Engineer with a relevant institution, such as IMechE
  • •A proven ability to deliver engineering designs, reports, drawings, technical specifications, and calculations with confidence and precision
  • •Hands-on experience in delivering innovative solutions for water and wastewater engineering projects
  • •Ability to lead and mentor a Mechanical Engineering Team and manage design delivery on complex projects
