Key Responsibilities

  • •Wash and physically clean vehicles moving through the reconditioning process.
  • •Vacuum, prep, and detail vehicles to meet Carvana vehicle standards.
  • •Apply Carvana lean manufacturing principles and follow standardized work using the 5S model.
  • •Maintain interior cleaning focus across seats, carpets, floor mats, stains, trunks, dashboards, consoles, door seals, and other interior repair needs as required.
  • •Spray down the exterior (including engines, wheels, wheel wells, and rims) and perform additional interior repair work on a case-by-case basis.
