Job Summary

Serve as a technical champion for secure silicon and smartcard solutions across assigned EMEA customers. Partner with sales and marketing to identify, win, and execute design-in and qualification activities, manage technical presentations and training, and provide responsive customer technical support. Lead customer technical requirements and compatibility troubleshooting, coordinate PCN and quality investigations, and drive project management for evaluation, ramp-up, and mass production readiness.

Key Responsibilities

•Work with sales and marketing to identify and win designs with assigned EMEA customers.
•Provide technical sales presentations, product roadmap updates, and customer trainings.
•Lead customer technical requirements through selection, evaluation, design-in/design-win, qualification, and mass production; work with customer engineering and internal factory/purchasing teams.
•Manage customer evaluation timelines and project activities to keep design-in/design-win/qualification schedules on track.
•Respond quickly to customer technical issues and troubleshoot compatibility and software implementation problems.

Key Requirements

•Electronics Engineering background (preferred) or similar technical study path.
•3+ years of design, product, test, system, or application engineering experience in relevant fields.
•Semiconductor background mandatory and customer-facing experience preferred.
•Knowledge of secure silicon and smart card solutions, including SIM/eSE/banking/ID and Java Card OS.
•Experience with smart card security, cryptography, and related standards and certification schemes (e.g., ISO7816/ISO14443, Common Criteria, EMVCo).
