Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement end-to-end data centre architecture across servers, storage, networking equipment, power and cooling systems, and physical security measures.
  • •Evaluate and recommend data centre services aligned with business needs and ensure security and compliance standards.
  • •Analyze, develop, and recommend long-term plans so data centres meet current and future requirements.
  • •Design and optimize network architectures and virtual networking using VMware, Hyper-V, and KVM for scalability and security.
  • •Provide technical guidance in pre-sales, including client proof-of-concept support, technical documentation/specifications, and input to Sales for deal closure, forecasting, and rFP/rFI responses.

Key Requirements

  • •Comprehensive knowledge of data centre infrastructure components, networking technologies, and virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM).
  • •A good understanding of data centre security principles, compliance standards, and best practices.
  • •Proficiency designing and implementing network architectures, including LAN, WAN, and virtual networking.
  • •Expertise in server and storage technologies such as virtualization, blade servers, SAN, NAS, and data backup and recovery systems.
  • •A bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or information systems.
