Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide accurate day-to-day project accounting support across multiple projects.
  • •Monitor project costs, revenue recognition, and overall financial performance.
  • •Manage the project accounting lifecycle in ERP, from budgets to invoicing and close-out.
  • •Partner with Project Managers on budgeting and forecasting and support financial decision-making.
  • •Oversee project billing and accounts receivable/payment follow-up; identify risks, investigate variances, and escalate early issues.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years’ experience in project finance or a similar role, with exposure to ERP systems.
  • •Strong understanding of project accounting principles and practices.
  • •Advanced Excel capability, including formulas and pivot tables, for analysis and reporting.
  • •Analytical thinking and sound judgement for financial decision-making, including risk identification and variance investigation.
  • •Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or similar is desirable.
