Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive business development by identifying and originating opportunities in industry networks and conversations.
  • •Manage proposal responses end-to-end as Capture Manager, including narrative development, cross-team coordination, pricing, team definition, subcontractor engagement, risk review, and compliance procedures.
  • •Oversee delivery teams (5–8 consultants) across inter-dependent workstreams, including leading client interactions, validating progress/insights, and managing delivery risks.
  • •Design analytical workstreams and provide quality assurance on scope, assumptions, analyses, and insights.
  • •Ensure project financial performance and support practice operational performance improvement, thought leadership, and IP generation while coaching junior staff.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS plus 10 years of relevant experience (or demonstrated equivalency), including 2 years of leadership.
  • •Typically at least 8 years of management consulting or equivalent experience.
  • •Domain expertise in at least two areas such as corporate strategy, organizational assessment/transformation, capital projects advisory, decarbonization/resilience, economic development, or technology-led transformation.
  • •Fluency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • •Strong technical skills including ArcGIS/spatial analysis tools and quantitative/statistical programs like R or Python (plus financial cashflow evaluation in Excel).
