Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of software engineering experience with impact on production systems.
  • •Hands-on fluency using AI agents in your engineering workflow, including maintaining a mental model and verifying outputs.
  • •Own features end-to-end and communicate trade-offs clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • •Experience defining and solving ambiguous or novel problems, not just executing predefined specs.
