Oversee a managed event production and broadcasting support service for a multinational pharmaceutical and biotechnology client, ensuring successful execution of onsite, virtual, hybrid, and control-room supported productions. Lead program management activities, standardize operational processes and governance, manage client escalations and partnerships, and coordinate team training, staffing, and contingency coverage. Track SLA performance and operational metrics, drive continuous service improvement, and support ongoing service reviews and governance meetings.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee management and leadership of a managed event production and broadcasting support service covering onsite, virtual, hybrid, and control-room supported productions across multiple client environments.
•Create and maintain standardized operational processes and governance, including event intake, scheduling, reporting, escalation management, staffing coordination, and service delivery tracking.
•Serve as primary client point of contact, lead escalations for operational issues and service interruptions, and partner with stakeholders and vendors to support service delivery and new requirements.
•Manage the team to ensure consistent service delivery, including training/enablement, hiring and onboarding support, staffing level coverage, and contingency and backfill planning.
•Track operational data and service metrics, report SLA performance and operational trends, and contribute to continuous service improvement (CSI) and governance reviews.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in live event production, broadcasting, managed event services, audio/visual operations, or similar production support environments.
•5+ years leading, mentoring, and developing teams across multiple locations and operational environments for onsite, virtual, hybrid, and control room-supported live events.
•Strong understanding of enterprise event technologies and collaboration platforms, including Microsoft Teams, Zoom, streaming platforms, and hybrid event workflows.
•Familiarity with live production environments such as audio/video signal routing, streaming coordination, control room operations, and technical troubleshooting.
•Ability to manage multiple operational priorities while maintaining service quality, governance standards, and SLA compliance.
