  • •Advise senior business and HR leaders on complex employee matters with significant business, employee, legal, or reputational implications.
  • •Sponsor and lead Americas and global ELR initiatives, partnering across regions to build scalable programs and strengthen global capability.
  • •Leverage AI, automation, data, and innovative technologies to transform ELR delivery, generate insights, and increase capacity while promoting responsible AI practices.
