Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary People partner to EMEA leaders, coaching them through performance, org, and talent decisions.
•Own end-to-end employee relations across the region, including sensitive/cross-border cases and formal investigations.
•Lead quarterly and annual performance management cycles across multiple EMEA markets while aligning to local norms.
•Partner with Compensation on region-specific comp benchmarking and guidance through hiring, promotion, and review cycles.
•Guide managers on country-specific employment requirements (e.g., works councils, statutory notice periods, collective bargaining, GDPR) and support entity setup as UK and Germany launch.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 104,000 - 141,000

Key Requirements

•5+ years as a People Business Partner or equivalent, with hands-on exposure to multi-country EMEA employee populations.
•Fluency in employment law across key EMEA markets (UK, Germany, France, Ireland, Netherlands), including works councils and statutory employee representation.
•Experience owning employee relations and investigations independently without a dedicated ER team.
•Background in a startup or high-growth technical company; comfortable operating in ambiguity while building process from scratch.
•Ability to travel across the region as needed and comfortable operating with autonomy across time zones.
