Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and continuously improve mid- to long-term technology strategy and technology roadmaps based on mission/vision and business direction.
  • •Analyze global tech/market/industry trends (SDV, AI, robotics, Physical AI) to find core agendas and new opportunities.
  • •Define key technologies and capabilities needed for future users and mobility scenarios, and set mid- to long-term technology portfolio priorities.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience related to technology strategy/planning, R&D strategy, strategic planning, or strategy consulting.
  • •Ability to quickly structure complex and uncertain problems and derive logical conclusions and strategic implications based on data and facts.
  • •Deep research skills to understand the essence of new technologies and their directions of change.
  • •Strategic thinking connecting technology understanding with market, industry, and competitive environments.
  • •Communication and collaboration ability across complex stakeholders by integrating perspectives from engineering and other related organizations.
