Key Responsibilities

  • •After induction training, complete required NDT work on engine parts in accordance with approved data, customer requirements, and company procedures.
  • •Learn and apply various NDT methods required to process engine parts.
  • •Use the computer system to document and record work.
  • •Ensure work meets all health and safety requirements.
  • •Participate in medical assessment and drug & alcohol testing for this safety-sensitive role.

Key Requirements

  • •Trade qualification on NZQA or equivalent Level 4 in Aviation or Automotive, Mechanical, Heavy Diesel or similar engineering field.
  • •5+ years Aviation Maintenance experience.
  • •Legally able to work in New Zealand (provide required documentation upon application).
  • •Provide a copy of relevant qualifications upon application.
  • •Preferred: experience working in a penetrant process line in an engine shop, and experience with the V2500 or GTF.
