Job Summary

Lead Cloudera’s global IT Asset Management programme by evolving asset and configuration management in ServiceNow. Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design and evolution of asset and configuration management architecture within ServiceNow to scale across asset classes.
•Define enterprise asset tagging and metadata standards, including policies for how assets are registered, classified, and decommissioned across business units.
•Design and oversee integrations between ServiceNow and external systems (AWS, Azure, GCP, FinOps tooling, security scanners, endpoint management) and ensure multi-source reconciliation for accurate data.
•Ensure end-to-end lifecycle visibility across physical endpoints, data centre hardware, cloud accounts/subscriptions, SaaS applications, and internal services.
•Drive automation and service mapping initiatives, including self-healing workflows, automated discovery, dependency visibility, and executive reporting/KPIs for CMDB health.

Key Requirements

•7+ years in IT Infrastructure or IT Asset Management, including 3+ years in a lead or architect capacity across multiple asset domains (physical, cloud, applications).
•Bsc/Msc in a related field or equivalent experience.
•Proven ability to design and enforce enterprise-wide asset governance frameworks (tagging taxonomies, lifecycle policies, data quality standards).
•Strong hands-on ServiceNow experience, including CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping, with familiarity with Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and asset lifecycle management.
•Experience integrating asset management platforms with external systems using APIs and automation tooling, plus solid multi-cloud understanding (AWS, Azure, GCP).
