Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and evolve the positioning and messaging house for Chat, Cowork, and Claude’s core knowledge-work products.
  • •Create sales enablement assets—pitch decks, battlecards, and objection handling—to improve deal outcomes.
  • •Equip buyers with proof points, comparisons, and narratives that support internal adoption decisions.
  • •Develop ICP and persona frameworks and translate research into messaging and campaigns that resonate.
  • •Own website and product page messaging and build libraries of top use cases by product, function, and persona.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience owning positioning and messaging for an established software product used broadly across personas and use cases.
  • •Strong writing and storytelling skills across formats such as pitch decks, web copy, battlecards, and persona docs.
  • •Experience building ICP and persona frameworks that translate research into scalable messaging for websites, collateral, campaigns, and content.
  • •Experience building sales enablement assets and working directly with sales on objection handling and win/loss dynamics.
  • •Comfort operating autonomously as an IC and using Claude/AI-native workflows to inform and automate product marketing foundations.
