Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor and control project progress, supporting the Project Manager in achieving project objectives across the project lifecycle.
  • •Develop and maintain scope, Work Breakdown Structure, schedules (including schedule baseline tracking), earned value progress, and change-order client communications.
  • •Set up and maintain budgets and expenditures, conduct cost forecasting, and interface with accounting to support invoicing and AR cycle performance (including DSO focus).
  • •Coordinate project closing activities including archiving documentation and compiling lessons learned, client feedback, sub-consultant evaluations, and project experience profiles.
  • •Track project risks, coordinate project team communications and documentation, and produce regular progress reports and data/information transfers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • •Minimum of 2 years of experience in project support in a multi-disciplinary environment.
  • •Experience working in mining or construction industries (or environmental/engineering fields).
  • •Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, Power Bi, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat, and SharePoint.
  • •Experience with Primavera P6 and MS Project for independent schedules/network diagrams, plus tools for mining closure and construction (e.g., MS Excel/HCSS Heavy Bid and WSP Horizon for costs/invoicing).
