•Act as the primary point of contact for business projects requiring UK&I IT and AI enablement.
•Analyze business processes, systems, and workflows to identify improvement and automation opportunities.
•Elicit and maintain requirements and manage a prioritized backlog to support sequenced delivery.
•Partner with technical teams to support solution design and readiness for AI-driven solutions.
•Participate in testing (planning, acceptance criteria, defect triage) and evaluate business impact; support change management and adoption.
