Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee day-to-day activities of the assigned team, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and improvement opportunities.
  • •Engage and coach team members, including performance management, feedback, and recruiting/training staff.
  • •Implement and directly lead incident management programs at HQ locations and for the site, supporting emergency preparedness.
  • •Lead Safe & Secure Technology processes supporting HQ locations, including badge access, server room controls, monitoring alerts, and equipment health.
  • •Implement visitor and vendor check-in processes, conduct risk assessments of HQ facilities, ensure incident records are accurate, and escalate high-risk issues as needed.
