Job Summary

Design, test, implement, and maintain ServiceNow solutions that translate client and business requirements into technical functionality. Collaborate with Product Owners and Practice Managers, analyze functional and operational expectations, and create system design documentation (diagrams/flowcharts). Perform proof-of-concept activities when needed, then deliver end-to-end ServiceNow implementations across multiple modules such as ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, SPM, and ITAM.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with Product Owners and Practice Managers to understand business/user requirements and align technical solutions with program goals.
•Assist in preparing technical requirement documents, including system diagrams and flowcharts illustrating data and process flows after proposed system changes.
•Analyze business requirements to ensure the designed ServiceNow solution meets functional, technical, and operational expectations.
•Perform proof-of-concept (POC) activities to validate solution feasibility when needed.
•Translate business and technical requirements into comprehensive system design documentation and develop end-to-end ServiceNow solutions.

Key Requirements

•Worked as a ServiceNow developer for at least 3+ years recently.
•Worked on multiple ServiceNow modules, including (but not limited to) ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, SPM, and ITAM.
•Preferred: CSA, CAD, or CIS certifications (not mandatory).
•Prepare technical requirement documents including system diagrams and flowcharts after proposed changes.
•Translate business and technical requirements into comprehensive system design documentation for implementation.
