Key Responsibilities

  • •Process cash and card transactions for guests accurately and efficiently.
  • •Maintain guest service standards while handling cashier duties in a luxury resort setting.
  • •Assist with balancing tills and daily cash/credit reconciliations.
  • •Provide friendly and professional service to guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
  • •Collaborate with front-of-house staff to support smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Key Requirements

  • •Must have 1-2 years of experience in a similar position in upscale luxury hospitality (five-star hotels or luxury resorts)
  • •Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • •Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and/or another language
  • •Strong cash handling and card transaction processing skills
  • •Experience in a luxury hospitality environment is advantageous
