Key Responsibilities

  • •Understand customer business processes and planning requirements.
  • •Participate in solution design, configuration, testing, and implementation of planning applications.
  • •Analyze business data and prepare functional specifications, reports, and documentation.
  • •Support user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and post-implementation activities.
  • •Troubleshoot functional issues and recommend process improvements while learning emerging planning and AI technologies.

Key Requirements

  • •Fresh graduate with 0–1 year experience.
  • •BE/B.Tech in any engineering discipline, and/or an MBA in Operations, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field (dual qualifications are an advantage).
  • •Strong analytical and logical thinking with good understanding of business processes and problem-solving.
  • •Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • •Comfort with Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools, plus willingness to learn enterprise planning platforms and cloud technologies.
