Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as functional subject matter expert for D365 F&O Supply Chain Management, covering inventory management, procurement & sourcing, sales and distribution, and intercompany processes.
  • •Translate business requirements into scalable functional designs and system configurations aligned with Kayali’s operating model.
  • •Configure and support end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
  • •Support integrations between D365 F&O and external platforms, including Shopify, third-party logistics (3PL) providers, warehouse operations, and EDI integrations.
  • •Lead and support SIT and UAT, develop test scenarios, triage defects, and participate in deployment and post-go-live validation.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
  • •Strong functional expertise in Supply Chain Management, including procurement & sourcing, inventory management, sales order management, and intercompany operations.
  • •Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional solutions.
  • •Exposure to eCommerce platform integrations is preferred.
  • •Experience working with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and external supply chain integrations.
