Job Summary

Design, build, and troubleshoot data load activities for a large global SAP S/4HANA transformation, including master data and open transactional data. Use SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit (Fiori-based apps) and related tooling to execute mock loads, reconcile results, resolve load errors, and support production cutover and hypercare. Collaborate across functional, technical, and data teams, producing technical documentation, runbooks, reconciliation reports, and knowledge transfer materials.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and maintain data load templates, staging structures, field mapping documents, transformation rules, and load procedures for SAP S/4HANA migration objects.
•Build, execute, and troubleshoot data transformation logic, value mappings, conversion rules, validation checks, and load pipelines.
•Execute mock loads across project cycles (sample, SIT1, SIT2, UAT/mock 3, mock cutover/dress rehearsal) and support final production cutover loading.
•Analyze and resolve load errors by identifying root causes, documenting detailed error descriptions, recommending data corrections, and supporting re-load activities.
•Prepare reconciliation reports and technical documentation (load runbooks, KT materials, variance/exception/defect logs) and support cutover planning, freeze-window execution, and hypercare issue resolution.

Key Requirements

•5-9 years of SAP data migration or data load development experience, including 3-5 years supporting SAP S/4HANA data migration activities.
•Experience with at least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation/transformation, including mock loads, cutover loads, reconciliation, and hypercare support.
•Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit using Fiori-based migration apps and supported loading approaches (file/staging table-based loading and direct transfer where applicable).
•Strong knowledge of SAP master data and open transactional data objects across domains such as finance, procurement, sales, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and HR.
•Experience building and testing mapping/transformation logic (field mapping, value mapping, data conversion rules, validation checks) and executing mock loads with load error resolution and reprocessing.
