Key Responsibilities

  • •Enforce company safety rules and run safety meetings/toolbox talks; ensure facilities operate safely
  • •Batch concrete accurately by reading dispatch orders and meeting job specifications
  • •Perform efficient and safe batching operations while complying with local, state and federal regulations including OSHA, MSHA, and DEP
  • •Print invoice tickets for each truck/load, file paperwork, and support customer payment upon delivery
  • •Maintain plant equipment (greasing, sweeping/shoveling, repairs, cleaning) and manage daily/weekly/monthly inventory reporting

Key Requirements

  • •1–2 years of related experience and/or training (or equivalent education and experience)
