Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in offer-related meetings and track action items.
  • •Support the Bid Manager by structuring the future project (WBS), building schedules (PERT, MS Project), and analyzing risks/opportunities (Risk-X).
  • •Assist the transition from offer to project, including transferring estimates (QDV) to the project structure (Primavera).
  • •Support project structuring and planning (PBS, WBS, OBS, planning, RAM), identify resources, analyze risks/opportunities, and follow up budget with finance control.
  • •Track project progress, support stakeholders, quickly escalate variances to responsible leaders, and prepare dashboards.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
  • •Experience in PMO mission piloting: planning, financial management, reporting, and risk & opportunity tracking.
  • •Experience using dedicated tools such as Risk-X, C-PERT, MS Project, QDV, and Primavera.
  • •Experience in offers and bid management (Gates) and ideally export-related constraints.
  • •Excellent communication, team spirit, rigor, and strong synthesis skills.
