Key Responsibilities

•Define and implement enterprise-level information management strategies aligned to organisational and client objectives.
•Establish and maintain IM policies, standards, and procedures in line with ISO 19650 and broader governance frameworks.
•Lead information lifecycle management across creation, classification, storage, retention, and disposal.
•Oversee digital systems and CDE management including Microsoft 365/SharePoint Online and BIM platforms.
•Lead, mentor, and develop Information Management and Document Control teams; drive continuous improvement and change management.

Key Requirements

•8+ years experience in Information Management, Digital Delivery, or Data Governance within the built environment or infrastructure sector.
•Degree (or equivalent experience) in Engineering, Information Management, Data Science, or a related discipline.
•Experience aligned to senior-level frameworks (e.g., GKIM Level 6 or equivalent).
•Strong knowledge of ISO 19650, information governance and records management principles, and information security standards (e.g., ISO 27001).
•Must have or be able to obtain SC Security Clearance.
