  • •Build Enterprise-grade AI Agents: Partner with engineers and customers to build and ship AI agents that handle thousands of customer conversations a day.
  • •Engage with Customers: Discover and assess requirements, present demonstrations, address technical challenges, develop and improve Sierra virtual agents, and become trusted advisors.
  • •Shape the Product Roadmap: Scope and implement new features with engineering and product teams to drive customer success.
  • •Communicate with diverse stakeholders: translate highly technical concepts to non-technical audiences and executives.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally: work with customers and internal teams to align on technical strategies and product direction.

Key Requirements

  • •5-7+ years experience in product development of highly technical products.
  • •Past experience in Product Management or other similar product development roles at or above the level of Senior Product Manager.
  • •Experience crafting and tailoring a message for potential customers, including executives.
  • •Ability to communicate highly technical concepts to both non-technical and technically proficient audiences, including recent AI developments.
  • •Degree in a technical or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
