  • •Rearchitect the core CRM data model, redefining how leads, contacts, opportunities, and custom objects relate.
  • •Build agent usability by creating MCP-compatible tools and endpoints for search, traversal, filtering, and reasoning over CRM data.
  • •Ship AI-native CRM features including agentic enrichment and AI-powered data cleaning and richer AI search.
  • •Keep hot paths fast for frequent sales workflows like finding/updating records and running bulk actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Seasoned backend engineer with strong experience using Python, and ability to work across languages when needed (e.g., Go, Rust, TypeScript).
  • •Architecturally minded experience designing systems and sequencing migrations/re-architectures without taking the product down.
  • •Comfort with data model, retrieval, schemas/relationships, normalization, and query design for performance.
  • •Experience with search systems, especially Elasticsearch and adjacent areas like indexing, relevance, and query planning at scale.
  • •Production experience shipping LLM-backed or agentic features, with a practical view on where AI fits versus structured systems.
