•Support Clinical Operations Managers by driving business performance and KPI achievement across assigned teams.
•Monitor and analyze operational KPIs (e.g., therapist retention/utilization, scheduling accuracy, capacity management) and identify trends and gaps.
•Build recurring reports, dashboards, and operational summaries to drive action and decision-making.
•Coordinate initiative execution by tracking completion of key activities and escalating risks or barriers.
•Partner cross-functionally across Clinical Operations, Network Growth, Product, Revenue Cycle, and operational stakeholders on projects that improve member experience and therapist effectiveness.

Pay and Benefits

Key Requirements

•Strong analytical skills to identify trends, root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.
