Job Summary

Lead Internal Audit engagements supporting Global Merchant and Network Services, serving as Auditor in Charge to plan and execute audits end-to-end. Evaluate control design and effectiveness across the merchant, network, and payment lifecycle (fund flows, settlement, third-party oversight, fraud, compliance, and operational resiliency). Manage engagement teams, guide corrective actions and Management Action Plans, synthesize findings into actionable reporting, and support business monitoring with risk-based insights.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as Auditor in Charge (AIC), managing audits end-to-end including planning, defining scope/objectives, and coordinating with control groups, external auditors, stakeholders, and regulators.
•Analyze audit results and documentation to evaluate control effectiveness/efficiency and synthesize findings.
•Lead audit client meetings and walkthroughs, and develop test steps, audit findings, and audit reports per IAG policies.
•Guide the team on validating and executing corrective actions/Management Action Plans to improve the business unit control environment.
•Delegate tasks, coach and develop less experienced colleagues and co-sourced resources, and proactively communicate status, roadblocks, and challenges.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 89,250 - 150,250 annually
