Key Responsibilities

  • •Own DashMart’s pricing strategy and roadmap across pricing architecture, affordability, promotions, fees, and merchandising to drive growth while balancing profitability.
  • •Develop pricing frameworks using data to support different customer missions (e.g., convenience/top-up vs weekly stock-up) and evolve pricing as the business expands.
  • •Translate strategy into execution by partnering across Product, Engineering, Finance, Analytics, Operations, and Business Development to launch new pricing capabilities.
  • •Serve as cross-functional leader for pricing by aligning executive stakeholders around recommendations and balancing customer experience, merchant relationships, operational complexity, and financial outcomes.
  • •Create repeatable pricing playbooks, operating rhythms, dashboards, and decision frameworks to enable faster, higher-quality pricing decisions as the business grows.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in Strategy & Operations, management consulting, growth, pricing, marketplace strategy, or a related analytical function.
  • •Deep analytical skills working with large datasets using SQL and BI tools.
  • •AI-forward approach leveraging automation and LLMs to accelerate analysis and improve decision-making (Claude and Cursor experience is a plus).
  • •Strong product mindset with a systems-first approach, partnering effectively with Product and Engineering.
  • •Experience managing and developing high-performing teams, plus a completed Bachelor’s degree (MBA ideally; business, economics, math, CS, or marketing concentrations preferred).
