Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead technical accounting research and prepare position papers documenting key judgments and estimates with management and external auditors.
  • •Support finance teams and business partners on technical accounting matters, including contracts and operational issues, and help implement and comply with new accounting requirements.
  • •Ensure quarterly contingency and one-timer reporting process is executed with no exception.
  • •Monitor, assess, document, and communicate new GAAP, SEC, and other accounting and disclosure issues.
  • •Draft and update AFM accounting policies and memos; coordinate with departments and support quarter-end close activities including auditor documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • •CA or equivalent qualification required.
  • •5 to 8 years of technical accounting experience, including Big-4 and/or controllership in large public multinational companies.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presenting complex topics to diverse audiences.
  • •Exposure to ERP accounting and finance systems such as SAP (preferred).
