Senior Technical Program Manager

Lead end-to-end planning and execution for launching payment products that span multiple teams at Monzo. You’ll manage cross-collective program roadmaps, milestones, priorities, dependencies, and critical-path risks, aligning technical and non-technical stakeholders to business goals. Drive decision-making to remove blockers, ensure operational effectiveness, and dive into data and architecture to make delivery risk tradeoffs in complex situations—helping ship more and better payment offerings.
