Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead production team members during the shift to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets.
  • •Review the production plan, part numbers, material requirements, manpower allocation, and line readiness before shift start.
  • •Coordinate laser line set-up, material flow, equipment readiness, production start-up, and first-off approval activities.
  • •Monitor production output, downtime, scrap, and quality performance; track alarms and abnormal conditions and support fault recovery/escalation.
  • •Ensure first-off, in-process, and final quality checks are completed, contain quality concerns, drive 5S/housekeeping and continuous improvement, and maintain accurate shift records.

Key Requirements

  • •Technical associate degree (automotive manufacturing preferred).
  • •Minimum 4 years of manufacturing experience, including at least 2 years in stamping, production operations, or related manufacturing processes.
  • •Experience preferred in automotive manufacturing, stamping, laser production line operation, metal processing, or related environments.
  • •Basic knowledge of quality checks, non-conformance reporting, downtime tracking, 5S, and safe material handling.
  • •Ability to work rotating shifts, support overtime when required, and communicate shift status clearly in English.
