Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and create customs-law-related documents and supporting paperwork.
  • •Request and review offers and terms for the assigned transportations.
  • •Support new customer onboarding and prepare invoicing including monthly closing, in close collaboration with colleagues.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed commercial training in forwarding and logistics services (Spedition/Logistik) or a comparable qualification.
  • •Several years of professional experience in forwarding with a focus on ocean freight.
  • •Strong command of MS Office applications.
  • •Good written and spoken English and German skills.
  • •Team-oriented, responsible, communicative, and able to maintain clarity in busy or turbulent times.
