Lead Mexico Personal Systems (PS) strategic planning, business performance tracking, and cross-functional execution alignment. Translate global and LATAM strategies into actionable country-level plans that drive profitable growth, market share gains, and operational excellence. Partner across category, sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain to manage KPIs, align demand forecasts, monitor market and competitive intelligence, and deliver executive reporting and localized initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop Mexico PS strategic plans aligned with LATAM 4P strategy, global priorities, and country market dynamics.
•Own business KPIs and performance tracking, including revenue, margin, profitability, and market share/mix evolution.
•Partner with sales and supply chain teams to align demand forecasts with market needs and prioritize strategic deals and key accounts.
•Coordinate across category, sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain to drive decisions using data insights and strategic recommendations.
•Monitor market/competitive intelligence and support localized execution of country initiatives, including executive reporting and recommendations.

Key Requirements

•Four-year or graduate degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline, or commensurate work experience.
•Typically 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in category management or P&L management.
•Experience with business KPI ownership and performance tracking (revenue, margin, profitability, market share).
•Ability to align demand forecasts with market needs across sales and supply chain teams.
•Strong cross-functional communication skills to drive strategic recommendations and execution alignment.
