Key Responsibilities

•Provide advanced technical support to Honeywell clients in Industrial Automation and troubleshoot complex issues.
•Ensure solution implementation and drive customer satisfaction during service engagements.
•Lead and coordinate a team of engineers, technicians, and vendors for maintenance and retrofit work on site.
•Schedule and plan periodic maintenance services and site activities under SLA.
•Develop and maintain site-specific documentation and quality assurance information.

Key Requirements

•Provide advanced technical support in Industrial Automation and troubleshoot complex issues.
•Assist project managers on large-scale projects to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
•Estimate materials costs and quantities to support service and retrofit work.
•Lead a team of engineers, technicians, and vendors to perform maintenance and retrofit activities.
•Adhere to Honeywell SOPs and HSE policies in all activities.
