Key Responsibilities

  • •Install equipment at customer sites, including testing and alignment; analyze applicability and adherence to design specifications; recommend design changes or substitutions of materials when appropriate.
  • •Evaluate and diagnose problems; perform repairs; collaborate with coworkers and field support to isolate and solve problems.
  • •Maintain and optimize equipment daily to enhance functionality and prevent problems.
  • •Train customers in use and routine maintenance; assist with routine malfunctions and recommend changes in user procedures.
  • •Perform administrative duties including pass-downs, work orders, field service reports, system problem reports, monthly reports, and technical reports; provide support to less experienced personnel as necessary.

Key Requirements

  • •BS degree in engineering or equivalent experience; knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, semiconductor processes, and relevant software; knowledge of safety procedures; sufficient oral and written English
