Support the Pandora Growth Model initiative to make growth more consistent, repeatable, and data-informed. Partner with the Growth Model Director and cross-functional stakeholders to shape strategic priorities, translate complex topics into clear frameworks and practical tools, and create narratives and materials for senior decision-making. Use KPIs, performance metrics, and market perspectives to drive continuous improvement, facilitate working sessions, and identify risks, trade-offs, and dependencies.

•Translate complex growth topics into clear frameworks and practical tools.
•Connect insights, performance metrics, and market perspectives to inform strategic choices and drive continuous improvement.
•Facilitate structured working sessions and identify key risks, trade-offs, and dependencies to support informed decisions.

Key Requirements

•4–5 years of experience in strategy, consulting, retail insights, or a related field.
•Strong strategic problem-solving skills to structure complex questions and form clear options or recommendations.
•Strong analytical skills working with KPIs, market data, and business insights.
•Strong project management skills to turn strategic direction into plans, milestones, and follow-up.
•Fluent English (written and spoken) and strong communication/storytelling skills for slides and decision materials.
