Job Function: Transportation & Fleet Operations

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading, including sampling and securing hoses/load components as required
•Load and unload agricultural inputs using heavy or light duty machinery/equipment, and monitor inventory quality
•Deliver products (fertilizer, chemical, seed, feed, and other) to customer sites with accurate, on-time, safe service
•Conduct and record repairs and daily/weekly/monthly maintenance, and regularly inspect equipment
•Ensure compliance with laws and safety requirements, complete housekeeping/grounds maintenance (including snow removal), and report safety concerns and maintenance needs

Key Requirements

•1+ years of experience in Operations and/or Trucking Operations
•Valid Class A CDL
•Ability to read, write and communicate in English and understand highway traffic signs and signals
•Must meet minimum age requirement
•Maintain or be able to obtain a CDL and DOT medical card
