Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain an M&A target pipeline, including sourcing and screening targets.
  • •Conduct market research and strategic analysis across aerospace, defense, and aviation software, including TAM, market mapping, and competitive assessments.
  • •Develop financial models and valuation analyses to support deal structuring and investment decisions.
  • •Own the due diligence process, including diligence request lists, virtual data rooms, cross-functional workstreams, and synthesis into deal-term implications.
  • •Support transaction execution with outside counsel and advisors by reviewing term sheets and definitive transaction documents.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,500 - 188,100

Key Requirements

  • •4-6 years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, private equity, strategy consulting, or related roles with exposure to live M&A or strategic transactions.
  • •Strong financial modeling and valuation skills, including three-statement modeling, scenario analysis, and building models from scratch with imperfect information.
  • •Ability to run structured diligence processes, including data room management, request list tracking, and cross-functional coordination.
  • •Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to translate complex technical, commercial, and financial concepts into executive-ready materials.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, engineering, or a related field.
