Workplace: Onsite
Employment Type: Full time
Job Function: Hardware, Embedded & Systems Engineering

Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, implement, and maintain bare-metal embedded firmware in C/C++ for a mixed-signal power management IC.
  • •Own firmware architecture for boot/reset sequencing, interrupt handling, communication, and fault detection/response.
  • •Develop and maintain the firmware/hardware interface with RTL, including register map and programming model definition.
  • •Define and execute firmware verification strategy with unit testing, firmware/RTL co-simulation, and regression automation; debug across firmware and RTL in simulation and emulation.
  • •Support firmware release readiness ahead of ROM freeze and contribute to post-silicon bring-up, debug, and silicon validation; assist RTL verification coverage and collaborate across teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 126,700 - 217,200 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Strong C/C++ programming for resource-constrained, bare-metal embedded targets.
  • •Experience developing firmware against hardware register interfaces, including bring-up on pre-silicon models and on silicon.
  • •Proficiency with embedded toolchains, debuggers, and scripting in Python.
  • •Demonstrated ability to debug across the firmware/hardware boundary and drive failures to root cause.
