Job Summary

Conduct routine user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to generate insights that inform UX design decisions. Create end-to-end design solutions with a holistic view of ecosystems and interdependencies, translating concepts into visuals and interactive prototypes. Partner cross-functionally with marketing, domain experts, usability specialists, and engineering to deliver user-centric experiences aligned to guidelines and project goals.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct user research via interviews, surveys, and usability testing to support design decisions.
•Develop holistic UX solutions that account for ecosystems, interdependencies, and integration within a broader context.
•Create visuals and prototypes that communicate design concepts and interactions, refining iteratively from feedback.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, domain experts, usability experts, and engineering) to deliver UX design solutions.
•Present proposals effectively using clear visual and verbal communication aligned to guidelines and project constraints.

Key Requirements

•Perform user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing) to gather insights for design decisions.
•Create holistic UX design solutions considering ecosystems, interdependencies, and broader integration and impact.
•Build visuals and prototypes to articulate design concepts and interactions, refining iteratively based on feedback.
•Bachelor’s degree in (UX) Design, Interaction Design, Visual Design, or Computer Science Engineering, or vocational education in design or equivalent.
•Minimum 4 years of experience with vocational education in areas such as UX Design, Information Architecture, User Research, Product Design, or Usability Testing (or no prior experience required with a Bachelor’s degree).
