Key Responsibilities

•Manage end-to-end life cycle management for the existing Sleep portfolio, from initial ideas/changes through development, launch, maintenance, and market release.
•Act as domain subject matter expert and accountable for defining, launching, and building profitable products, solutions, and platforms.
•Gather global customer requirements and product specifications through market research, market analysis, and ongoing partner communication; serve as Voice of the Customer and drive feature prioritization.
•Partner with marketing teams in key markets and maintain marketing documents to align device management with local market needs.
•Optimize the legacy portfolio by identifying rationalization/pruning opportunities and managing transitions to protect customer trust and market position.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in an international business environment in product management, marketing, or related commercial/strategic roles in medical devices or health technology.
•Bachelor’s/master’s degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, product management, or equivalent.
•Expertise delivering complex projects to meet demanding feature, cost, quality, and launch targets.
•Experience with marketing processes, strategic planning, and budgeting, plus strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
•Exposure to regulatory frameworks (FDA, EU MDR) and reimbursement considerations.
