Mobile Service Technician, Millbrae

Diagnose, maintain, and repair Lucid vehicles in the field by traveling to client locations. Work independently with support from a nearby service location while handling service-advisor and parts duties, documenting every customer interaction, and performing walk-around/write-up processes. Maintain strong knowledge of high-voltage, low-voltage, and EV systems, invoice and collect payment, and provide customer service including scheduling and repair follow-ups. ASE certification is expected within 6–8 months.
