Lead safety efforts, manage quality education, keep rework/return records, and solve processing issues with other supervisors.

•Check daily production orders to ensure fulfillment of customer orders.
•Ensure proper staffing before production line startup and oversee team member morning exercises and job rotation for ergonomics.
•Maintain machinery performance to the highest standard and ensure workstations have passed USDA inspection.
•Ensure accurate shipments, inventory rotation, and proper coding of products; keep records of reworked or returned product.
•Promote safety daily and through monthly safety meetings; provide continuous education on quality and work with other supervisors to solve processing problems.
